A lawyer walks into a bar…we could segue this into many cheesy jokes, but this is the story of how a lawyer and a bartender decided to take their futures into their own hands and open a brewery. My name is Charlie Kemp and I am an attorney that has been homebrewing beer for approximately 10 years. My partner, Victor Kondratas, is a professional bartender that works in Bayside, NY and NYC. We decided to combine my knowledge of the law and brewing beer with Victor’s knowledge of the bar industry. This melding of the minds led to the idea of the Iron Wolf, a small batch brewery to bring the best beer we can make, to you! While we are still a homebrewery and not yet a licensed microbrewery, we are in the process of preparing all the necessary paperwork to obtain our microbrewery license!
